Having worked on several events with Dimension Data we had a good understanding of the brand when we were given the task of setting up an outdoor daytime launch event for 1,000 people. The event was held to advertise their new company logo. Among the touch points needed was for guests to make an emotional connection in order to get their ‘buy-in’ on the new look logo.
The main challenge for us was to ensure that the timing of the logo reveal all happened simultaneously from various angles, the technical focus was to clearly display the new Logo on a 8m × 4.5m LED screen. We had a 2 day lead time to set up at their head office – The Campus Bryanston JHB.
